Good clean diet, ~10-15% calorie proficit while bulking, ~10-20% deficit while cutting with high protein diet(and low intesity cardio a few times a week, usually I do running or hiking with additional load. Picked up 2x pairs of Hoka running shoes for upcoming cut :D )
