Had a question about one of their investment funds and wanted some clarity on fees, so I looked up Federated Hermes https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/federated-hermes/customer-service.html to speak with support. Took a little longer than expected to reach a rep, but once I got through, they explained things in detail without rushing. They answered my questions, but I’d recommend reviewing their site first—some of the info was already there, and it could save time waiting on hold.
