It is critical to be honest with the applicant about your limits in offering a positive recommendation. It's also worth examining whether you can honestly support specific areas of the applicant's qualifications or character. Even if you are unable to provide a glowing endorsement, you may be able to emphasize some beneficial characteristics or experiences. x trench run
