Tech products are great when they work, but dealing with customer service when something goes wrong can be a headache. I’ve been considering Luma for a smart home setup, but before making a decision, I want to know how they handle issues. Has anyone had to contact Luma customer service for troubleshooting, replacements, or warranty claims? Was it easy to get help, or did it take a while?

Had an issue with my Luma device randomly disconnecting, so I looked for luma phone number to get some support. Took a few tries to reach a rep, but once I got through, they walked me through some troubleshooting steps. It wasn’t an instant fix, but after adjusting some settings, the connection improved. Not the fastest support, but they knew what they were talking about. Keeping firmware updated seems to help avoid problems like this in the future.
