Hello everyone! The season has started at our tourist center, and as usual — there's a real chaos with schedules. We have 18 employees: reception, technical service, tour guides, drivers, some people work every other day, some only on weekends. And every time it's the same — someone mixes up the day, someone switches with someone else, but doesn't warn, and everything goes to hell. I saw that Shifton has a schedule generator for employees, and I'm wondering — is it worth trying? Does it make sense if everything changes very flexibly and unpredictably, and the team is not particularly tech-savvy? Will the system cope with this level of chaos, or is it only for "ideal" companies, where everything is according to the rules?

I totally get your situation—managing a flexible team with shifting schedules can be a nightmare. I think a tool like Shifton could actually help bring some structure, even if your setup isn’t “ideal.” It’s built for dynamic environments, so it might just reduce the confusion. By the way, I recently picked up the rs 119 wireless earbuds for gaming thespark shop, and they’ve been super helpful during long shifts and chaotic days—great sound and no wires to mess with while on the move!
